If you continue to use our services, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern VIqra’s relationship with you in relation to our services. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The term ‘VIqra’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ or ‘our’ refers to our services or website. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.
These terms may be amended or update at anytime by us from time to time without specific notice to you. The latest agreement will be posted here.
The use of our sevices is subject to the following terms of use:
Registration:
If our staff is booking a trial for you and is making your registration, in that case, we will issue you a temporary user name and password which you will be able to change by logging into your account and updating your profile.
Rules for Missed Class:
_If you missed your class from our side (i-e Tutor absence or any other technical fault), we are responsible to arrange a makeup class at your convenience.
_Please make sure that we pay our tutors per class and NOT on monthly basis, therefore:
_If we cannot find you online at your class time for 15 Min and your tutor waited for you, your class will be charged and we will not be able to provide you a makeup class.
For one to one class:
_If you are unable to take any of your scheduled class, please inform support at least 24 hrs in advance because if you DO NOT inform us in advance and the tutor was present to take your class, we have to pay the tutor and therefore your class will be charged and we will not be able to provide you a make up class.
_If you informed us in advance for the class or classes you will be unable to take, you will be entitled to get the makeup classes for all of the classes you will be missing.
For Group class:
_If you are unable to take a scheduled class, it is your responsibility to talk to your group members if they want to reschedule a class with you because if any of the group member missed a class, we will be unable to provide a makeup class to only one student out of that group.
_In any case please DO NOT hesitate to contact VIqra administration.
Tutor responsibilities:
According to our written contract with the teacher:
We DO NOT allow our teachers to involve in any personal matters including exchange of the personal infomation (like:phone numbers, email addresses or any other personal information) with the student.
Teachers are strictly NOT allowed to ask for any monetary help with the student/parents.
They are NOT allowed to directly teach the students of VIqra (i-e teaching a student/s outside the umbrella of VIqra who are intoduced to them by VIqra) even if they are not with VIqra anymore.
Student/Parent Responsibilities:
_Please add skype ID’s viqra.admin (for Admin) and viqra.support (for support) in your Skype contacts.
_Please make sure to be online at the time of your class.
_Normally we call you at your provided phone number if you are not online but please DO NOT consider it as our responsibility.
_If you do not see you tutor online at your class time, please call support and they will help you out in conducting your class.
_Please let us know if our teacher is avoiding any of his/her responsibilities mentioned above.
Hadiya:
Our Hadiya is based on affordability. We tried to make it as affordable as possible but if you still cannot afford our Hadiya, please let us know and we will try our best to meet your affordability. We DO NOT want to refuse anyone just because of money issues.
Please make sure that we want to meet your affordability NOT the bargaining.
We are offering you a Guaranteed lowest Hadiya but if you find the Hadiya from somewhere which is Lower than us, we will match that amount. (This offer is only valid if you are comparing our Hadiya with a Company like us and NOT with an individual teacher)
Invoicing:
We invoice you one month in advance. As our process, we have to charge you before providing you our services.
We are commited to provide you our services for the period of time you are paid for. If any of your class or classes are missed for the period of time you are paid for (because of our mistake), we will provide you a makeup class/classes or you can ask us to deduct the amount for that class/classes from your next invoice, whichever you prefer.
We will not be able to provide you a makeup or a refund for a class or classes you missed without informing us 12 hrs in advance or without talking to your group members.
Tutor Change:
We prefer to have a same tutor for you but, we will change your tutor if any of these conditions arises:
_You are not satisfied with the tutor for any reason.
_We found out that the tutor is NOT providing you the services according to our standards.
_To give you a chance to compare your current tutor and to give you a feel that the tutor teaching you is NOT the only choice you have.
_If the tutor try to give you a class from any other Skype ID other than the ID assigned by VIqra.
_If the tutor exchange any personal information with you (i-e Telephone number, address and any other personal information)
This normally happens when teacher tries to teach a student privately which is totally unethical and against the contract signed by the teacher.
If this happens, please inform us as we do this in your protection.
In any case either the tutor or the student are NOT allowed to contact each other without the permission of VIqra (even if the tutor or student or both are not with VIqra). We do this after receiving the complaints from the parents. If you need more information on this, please contact us and we will explain you in detail as we try our best to take all the necessary steps for the betterment of our students.
VIqra may record the audio/video conversation of the tutor and/or the student/parent for training purposes and to make sure that everyone is following the rules and standards set by us.
